Mama Mia! - Lancaster

Do not go here. We waited almost 3 hours for our food to be delivered, despite multiple phone calls assuring us it was on the way. We eventually cancelled our order after waiting for 3 hours and still not receiving our food. They are now refusing to give us a refund. Avoid at all costs.

I placed an order on Just Eat and waited over 3 hours for it to arrive, but by the time it finally came, we were all asleep. I called the restaurant and returned the food, and they promised a full refund. However, they are now refusing to give Just Eat the refund.

I didn't even make it to the restaurant, and when I called for assistance, the staff was completely unhelpful.

Ordered a pizza this evening and for some reason there was an issue so it took over an hour an a half. However they were very apologetic and sent some free stuff to make up for it. And it was a fantastic pizza when it arrived. Usually they are much faster, but on this occasion something went bad, and they showed excellent customer service to fix it. Recommended.

Best kehbab in town... we get a takeaway twice a month u can't beat mamma mia !!!! The food is fantastic an the new delivery guy is quick 10/10
