Carriage House - Lancefield

I recently had one of the best steaks at this restaurant. I highly recommend the service and friendly staff.

Last night, my husband and I ordered the eye fillet and chicken dishes at the restaurant. It was absolutely amazing! The steak was the best I've had in a long time, cooked to perfection and incredibly tasty. We received great service from a young man named Will, who was happy to help with wine tasting and selecting a wine to pair with our meal. He was very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I had lunch here this afternoon. It's a beautiful place for a meal. I preferred sitting inside because it was too windy to sit outside on the deck. The food was tasty.

Too expensive for what you have. to start, package butter and broth rolls, which also saw be out of a package. the restaurant is dressed to be fine eating, but many small things stated differently. for example clinical lighting, spin weaving and insects on the dach, selling international wein, if they are a weing ourselves, is really strange (I always want local wee when I go to the country). somehow reminded us of a place for gorden ramsey kitchen night rooms. everything would have been good if not at the price. eating was actually at least nice, especially the lambskin. the service was extremely slow, but I hope that this meant that everything was cooked by itself, not packages. after that we didn't want to taste the weeping. we were in some really fantastic wineries in the region, so it is strange to not invest in their wee (i.e. re-sell international wee in their restaurant is super strange). this winery is not Australian owned that we have discovered, so I recommend going somewhere. support small shops.
