I discovered the existence of this typical dessert - the bucconotto- through friends who brought me a tray of these delights directly from Lanciano. Personally it is not the type of dessert I prefer but I admit that it is prepared in an excellent way, with ingredients of first order and taste is well balanced. Recommended!
