Subway - Landover Hills

I ordered a forest ham sandwich but they forgot to put the ham on it. In the end, I had to substitute with sliced turkey at home. It was disappointing and felt unprofessional.

Before my daughter was hired, she needed to use the restroom but it was not available. I asked the two employees at the front, but they ignored me when I inquired about using the staff restroom for my child. Since they were unable to accommodate my child, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Extremely impolite and disrespectful. As I was attempting to place my order at the register, the cashier rudely interrupted me with hand gestures urging me to hurry up. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

A 4 star service was great. great? buuut he forgot to put my beautiful cookies in my bag? chocolate chip and chopped? I wasn't happy that I called and that phone was ringing right now?. I think I should get free cookies for a year? .

Been here many times, I've always had good luck here. The trays always had fresh meat. It's a little hidden in the shopping center, it's close to the Pizza Hut.
