Cockpit Lounge - Landstuhl

My husband and I had a wonderful and unpretentious dinner at the Cockpit Lounge. Even if we got there without a reservation and very close to the kitchen’s closing time, the service was just very nice, friendly and fast. The food was delicious and I...had the best schnitzel in Germany until now. My husband had a steak in a toast that was delicious too. We Totally recommend this place

Went there for a birthday celebration. Great atmosphere to go with your friends. I had a Colaweizen and the club sandwich. Delicious. The schnitzels are dank. As the German would say “Lecker” affordable reasonable prices. The salads are good too. Yea I’ll be back

I stopped in on a weeknight for an early dinner. The staff was very friendly, and the bar selections were plentiful and varied. I ordered the jaeger schnitzel, which was ready quickly and was quite tasty. Prices are reasonable for the area, and there is...both indoor and outdoor seating available

Good food and drinks! The waiter was friendly. Make a reservation as it is usually crowded. Fun themed restaurant. Also not that parking is free, but you need a chip from the restaurant. Perfect for date night

For my last night in Landstuhl, I finally made it to the Cockpit Lounge attached to Hotel Christine. Perhaps, next time I will stay at this hotel. I wanted to this time, but they were completely booked, which is why I went here with a...bad attitude. I will say that this meal was absolutely amazing and is up there with the best in Landtuhl even though it does not make my top three. Of course, the Air Force feel of the place gave it some bonus points. I started off with now the best Hungarian goulash soup in Germany. It was perfect and had lots of meat to accompany the savory soup. I missed taking a picture of the salad, but it was big. I feel like I am in Texas with these salads! I thoroughly enjoyed the salmon and perch fillets in lobster sauce. It was so darn good. I have a couple more places left to check out in Landstuhl, but I have almost hit them all. Back to Stuttgart tomorrow
