Tim Hortons - Langdon

I had a frightening experience at the Tim Hortons in Langdon. My wife, who has nut allergies, clearly communicated her dietary restrictions when ordering a vanilla cold brew. Unfortunately, they mistakenly gave her a hazelnut cold brew instead. After she had consumed half of it, she went into anaphylactic shock, and we had to call an ambulance to rush her to PLC in NW Calgary. This experience has made me extremely cautious, and I cannot recommend this location, especially for anyone with allergies. Please be careful with what you order.

This used to be one of the best tim hortons I've ever been to as far as food quality goes, but the last few times I've gone, it seems the food has not been as good and has been more poorly made. Hope they can get back to normal soon because it really was a great time!

Went for dinner about on Sunday September 17 at 4:30 pm through drive thru. Lady taking our order was busy doing something else. Repeated the first item 3 times and was obviously doing something else and too busy to listen to our order. Not sure why she asked what our order was when she never listened to it. We ordered four meals in total. Got to the window it was all wrong. It was missing a sand-which so we had to pay a second time even though she repeated back our order.We got home and the sand-whichs had so much mayo it was squirted on to the top of the bun and were a total mess.This review is from a bunch of wrong or poorly made food from the last year. I don’t just leave a bad review on the first order.Don’t ask for someone’s order if you can’t stand there and punch it in. The owner of this place should go through the drive thru on slow times and see how it really is.The price of the food is marked too high for the poor quality and poor service that accompanies it.

I appreciate that you served me a hazelnut cold brew when I specifically asked for a vanilla cold brew, but it nearly put my health at risk! I will NEVER dine here again. It’s alarming that you could mix up coffee syrups and show no concern when I clearly mentioned my allergy to nuts.
