A&w - Langford Station

Ordered 2 of the Beyond Meat Burgers with onion rings and fries. The young lady at the cash brought over our food and it was hot, hot, hot. It is so nice to see a fast food chain keeping up with the times and the way people have changed their eating habits. We were extremely pleased with the fast and courteous service and the clean restrooms.

Edit: I appreciate the owners prompt response below and changed my review from 1 to 4 stars. Itll be 5 stars if I go back and all is well again. Came here in order to breakfast sandwich. I asked instead of the egg being over easy that they could scramble it. Was told by the cashier that they are not allowed to scramble eggs at this location. Weirdest thing I've ever heard because I get this order a few times a week at every other A&W across island and mainland. They say they cook everything from scratch. So I don't understand why you can't crack the yolk while you're cooking it is the only difference. Horrible customer service and laziness

Carmi does an exceptional job keeping her store clean. I used to work here and know that she has the best intentions for her store. Food is superb, good job guys!

The new beyond meat veggie burger is great. Very impressed that they are one of the first places I've seen fully compostable paper straws.

Always a good burger but tonight's take home was missing a burger so had to share . Better bagging is needed. (Of course we didn't check before driving thru)
