Quizno's Classic Subs

I understand now why there are only 2 Quiznos locations remaining in Victoria. I have nothing positive to say about my experience with the Turkey, Swiss, and Ranch sandwich. The bread was stale (it actually fell apart when I tried to pick it up), the employee refused to toast the sandwich claiming the oven wasn't hot enough to grill, the food had no flavor, the tables were dirty, and the staff lacked customer service skills. I will definitely not be returning, and I am surprised that they are still operating.

I ordered my usual sandwich here, the Angus on Rosemary Bread, but without the mushrooms. The service was excellent, and they even took the initiative to write down our sandwich orders without us having to ask. I also enjoyed their delicious chili. Unfortunately, the Quiznos in Canada only serves Coke products, so I didn't have anything to drink, which is why I couldn't give them a 5-star rating.
