Axe & Barrel Brewing Company - Langford

Great brews. Good prices. Nice small chill spot! Only two tvs which is perfect for me. Much prefer to hang out without the flashing distraction of tvs! Edit. Feb 14 2019 double espresso porter 10/10!!!

This is my first Google review but I'll try my best. My friend and I have been to the old (and new Loghouse Pub several times but I thought I would give a review because we had such good service. We much prefer the menu and feel of the Loghouse, as opposed to what the Axe and Barrel was like. I think it suits the area better. Anyway, we had a great waitress (sorry I didn't remember her name will try to keep note next time . They were quite busy but we were nicely acknowledged right away, which is better than sitting around waiting to be noticed. Our waitress was very patient because my friend couldn't decide which beer to get and she brought a few samples for her to try. They have some great beers from their brewing company next door (our waitress told us we could buy some to take home, which was great! . We never felt rushed to finish and pay even though they were busy. I feel that customer service is really important so I'm going to try to do more reviews when I get great service somewhere. Thanks Axe Barrel! We'll be back.

Beer was great, end of day so only was able to order pizza. Super friendly staff!

This was a super duper meal at the pub in back! Start to finish; dry pork bites, seafood crepes, and warm toffee pudding. Topped off with the house made lager. WOAH! Very well done! The service was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great job all around.

Visiting the brewery. Great beer, nice setup inside, friendly staff. No complaints. Oh and the beer prices are good too!
