Chick-fil-a - LANGHORNE

They mixed up my order .....didn't get my milkshake... there were 2 other customers complaining of the same as I was ordering my meal on drive through service. The lines are long its best if you order pick up instead. The employees are kind and they try their best. <After I notified them of their mishap they did offer to replace it next time I visit....they take your name and they apologized.

I have always had a great experience at this restaurant until last Thursday. I ordered while parked in front of the establishment during a business trip to Delaware. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed to find that the fries were cold and dry. I suspect they might have given me a canceled order that had been sitting out. I was quite upset, but I didn’t have time to file a formal complaint. I hope they ensure that every order is made fresh, just like a proper meal should be. T. Pollard

The line is always long, but moves fast. The efficiency and demeanor of all employees ensures a pleasant experience. It's my favorite fast food. Grilled chicken club is amazing and you can't go wrong with her waffle fries.

This very well may be the most profitable chick fil a in the country. As a result, the drive through line is beyond long even during non peak hours. Recently stopped by on a Thursday at 8:20PM and did not get my food till 9PM. Can?t imagine the line during traditional dinner hours. Was also disappointed that they discontinued the spicy chicken strips. That said, the food was very good and the employees courteous.

I haven't had any issues with this chick-fil-a. Orders have always been right and the food up to the good Chick-fil-A standards. I love going for breakfast as there isn't as many people so the lines are much shorter.
