After trying iconic spots like Geno’s, Pat’s, and Steve’s, I’ve come to realize that a cheese steak is pretty much a cheese steak. There might be slight differences in the ingredients, but ultimately, it’s all about that cheese steak experience. Perhaps I need to sample more options to really appreciate the variations. Overall, it's a satisfying choice for meat lovers. If you enjoy cheese steaks, you won’t be disappointed here.
Best cheesesteak sandwich.... Steve's embodies everything a Philly cheesesteak should be. The sliced beef isn’t shredded, and the bread really sets it apart from the rest. I love it!!
I'm really disappointed. Steve's used to be my favorite spot for a cheese steak. They would serve chopped steak with the cheese melted throughout, making it gooey and delicious. Now, it’s just flat pieces of steak with a lump of cheese on top that’s barely melted. Paying $35 for two steaks feels a bit steep considering the quality.
For me, Steve's roasted peppers, onions, and cheese make their steak my all-time favorite.
The restaurant is fantastic! When my daughter accidentally spilled her drink, the staff quickly helped us clean it up and even offered us a replacement drink. The cheesesteak and fries were the best I've ever had in Philadelphia!
