Feedback gevenWawa is a parole of Pennsylvania, so it breaks my heart to give them a star. Please don't let a star reflect my feelings from all that wow; it is only representative of this specific. For a long time (10 years this was my Wawa. My family, my friends, and I regularly went to this for drinks, snacks and hoagies. But the lack of customer service has now become a deal breaker. In recent years, but especially this year, employees do not seem to worry about providing quality service. Every time I come to this Wawat and place an order, the staff can't do it right. There are always missing ingredients. Sometimes several. This is more understandable in large orders, but less when one or two items are ordered. Luckily, there are many orphans in the area and perhaps other similar establishments to give my business.
Happy to say I will call this MY WAWA when back to the East Coast USA in autumn! Two years ago, I moved from Jersey to Michigan. One of the things I miss most is Wawa. When I retired, I traveled a lot, so I was back to the east coast from Florida to Maine and always stopped at Wawa if possible. Today's journey brought me into one if not the cleanest and well-stocked shops. The coffee was particularly friendly and HELPFUL. She greeted me when I poured my coffee and when I asked where the coffee is brewed at home, she went to the island she is. KUDOS WAWA!!! We need more of you all over the country. I stopped going to Bristol on the one hand because even with only a few customers in the store the deli w.e you want to call it super slow even at 1 o'clock... and now this place turns super slow with many customers standing around, but I noticed if you door dash your order is made faster maybe just do that instead of being safe
I come to this Wawa every now and again and I never had any issues. Everyone is polite and I?m usually in and out quickly. But the past few times I am in, the cashier Jean has been off, as in she isn?t pleasant. I?m not sure why considering she was always kind before, but it?s really off putting. These rude experiences always leave me feeling odd. Hope she gets better!
This place is a hit and miss, it really depends on one person. I go to WAWA around 7-9 times a week and it is always the cream smoothies I buy. This is the problem when you order on the APP, you just don 't know who is working and it is sad that I have to figure out when this one woman is not on to get something made right. I get on with all the other workers here but this one woman is very stand offish and doesn 't really seem like she wants to be there which in tern could be the reason why I always have issues when she makes our drinks. Thing is, my wife always defends and says she maybe just having a bad day or it could be the machines . I don 't think so, I just think she doesn 't do her job well. I used to buy the Dragon Fruit Refresher and again, the times I had to ask her to please put the dragon fruit pieces in the drink and now with the SPECIAL Blackberry cobbler is my new addiction and the flavor with blackberry is minor and there is no caramel *as seen in photo*. Anyone else there I get it perfect, full flavor of blackberry and plenty of caramel drizzled down the inside of the cup with whipped cream on top. I just don 't think she cares, if others can get it right..... However this WAWA is a clean and the other workers both behind the food/drink area and the service counter are nice.
