Tim Hortons - Langley City

I visited this restaurant this morning on my way to work and ordered two coffees and one tea. The coffee was supposed to be made with milk, but both were made with cream. None of the drinks had sugar in them, even though they were supposed to have two sugars each. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. I often stop here for tea on my way to work, but I always end up with coffee instead. The order appears correct on the screen at the time of ordering, but somehow gets mixed up by the time I reach the pick-up window. Perhaps they need to improve their reading skills?

I will never go back to this restaurant after they messed up my drink order and then tried to blame it on me. The staff was short and unfriendly.

I just moved from American to Canada l heard that Tim Hortons are amazing, so l tried them for the very first time today. Given a special shout out to thefriendly and nice lady who recommended the birthday cake Timbits. She's ? right. They are amazing and delicious ?

Today I just got a chicken wrap but at first I asked for a slow cooked one and they asked to pay, after payment they said we don't have slow cooked chicken wrap then I said to take the another one fine but when I receive it was not even rolled properly and tomatoes were coming out so please change your staff if can't handle the customer service

I am getting so fed up with this location. I order oat milk in my drinks all the time as I have a dairy intolerance and get sick if I have it. I pay extra for oat milk and 90% of the time I get regular milk. I have to go back into the store after going through drive thru and tell them to remake it. Management needs to teach these servers to make it right the first time. They are always so apologetic but nothing changes. I had one lady lie to my face when I asked her to confirm that it was oat milk in my drink when I could tell it was not by the taste. Do better!!!!
