John's Chicken House - Langley

Very disappointed with this food given the restaurant has 4 stars on here. The Chicken was tasteless. The spicy chicken was not spicy at all and the original chicken was even worse! The prices for the meals are outrageous given the quality of the food. Only reason it got 2 stars was because the potato salad was ok.

Chicken tasted and smelled like fish. I did not get sick. Partner was very. Weird they dont serve fish that I am aware of so bacteria seems the only reason for the smell/taste. So .. yeah ... no, wont be back.

Absolute waste of money $19 for 6 strips/fries). Its not fresh, frozen stuff with stinky smell from chicken, dripping liquid from chicken strips. Never again !! Unfortunately dont have pics to share as I threw it in the bin after tasting it.

Tried it for first time and great experience. Chicken was so fresh and fries were amazing. Price was reasonable. Nice service. Would recommend.

Best fried chicken joint in the area. Less greasy than Popeyes. The menu is simple. Friendly service and my takeout was ready in 10mins. There is spicy and non spicy. Get the spicy! It isn’t actually spicy, it was more crispier! I highly recommend this place. I got their leg and thigh special 6 pieces for $17.99 $3 per piece) not too shabby as inflation goes. Definitely will be going back when I get a craving again.
