Tim Hortons - Langley

We were here yesterday at 12 o'clock and there was a big old lady on the theke with command. I ordered a peanut butter cookie and she forgot to give him that I asked her to order a cookie and she just throws us the cookie. that was so rude and rude behavior. if you are so tired of working young, then please close the work and turn your feet to your home and have some resting rest, but do not at least show them this disgusting attitude to their customers when they keep it in them they do not keep it in them to show their customers. You work in customer service, show a little sense to talk to your customers.

Usually one sees Timmies and Wendys teaming up but this too is a winning combination. This time I went to tummies for my doughnut fix but if I’d had more room to play with, I would’ve gotten a whopper meal AND doughnuts.

After repeating my simple request on coffee, still had to continue repeating to whom makes it unreal frustration wasn't what I pay for

When ever I go to buy a cup of coffee from this Tim there is a girl whose name is I think Prabhjot she always have a rude and bad behaviour with Coustmer’s and as well as other new staff members too give her a warning or suspend her from work that she knows how to talk with other people with good manners. The way she talks seems like she is the owner, so teach her some good lessons.

The service here was decent and I was pleased with the dark roast coffee Tim's is serving up. It does seem like the majority of the resources that any of the fast food places has are being used to serve the drive-thru window. Thus you tend to wait around a bit before someone finally gets to you.
