Wendy's - Langley

Dont think they have ever messed up an order of mine. Food is quick, Its always been fresh and hot. I have never been to a better wendy's

I visited Wendy's because I was craving the Taco Supremo salad. I walked over from work, a couple of blocks away, and took the food to go. Once I arrived back at my desk I opened up the container of chili, only to find a...long, black hair inside the container. I had the receipt with me so I filled out the feedback survey to advise them about what happened, as I didn't have time to go back right then. That evening, the restaurant manager emailed me and apologized, and provided me with an offer to come in for a free replacement meal. I went back the following week and they remembered me from before; they were happy to ensure I had everything I needed as a replacement meal and were super friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff members' demeanour and have been back a couple of times since, without any further issues. This was definitely the right way to conduct service recovery!

We stopped here for a quick bite after work. The food quality is consistent with most Wendy's restaurants but we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the restaurant the speed of service. We prefer this particular fast food option over its neighbouring competitors.
