Feedback gevenI ordered and paid for a meal online Monday 5. september. pickup time said 7:45. I arrived at 19:56 clock to tell the very rude business hired that they were closed and I would have to call the next day (today). when I called, they said that my money would be returned in 7-10 days, but would not say how the system knows that I did not receive my order. then they said that the general manager would be in 2 hours, just to be told in 2 hours the gm on holiday. bad communication, didn't get a call back, kept my money without eating. they deserve a zero. I'm still waiting for a refund or message that my money will be refunded on any case. the manager hasn't contacted me yet. it's been two days since the firm office said they'd look at it.
First I think it is great eating and my wife who loves a vegetarian there three next to ground; mac and cheese, corn, and mashed potato no gravy and she is a happy camper. Now this is always beautiful. but there they are always understaff. I saw that two people cover the kitchen and order hours during the top dinner and ran out of the food. I saw them close the register next to online ordering because the bank went on holiday so they could call in advance or order online before they go. I hope they find a way to rent additional employees and promote those they have because they come as really hard workers in a difficult situation. good food and friendly witness, but often short staff.
A little disappointed they didn't have turkey? I chose the ribs and they were yummy? I wish I would have gotten the window persons named because she was so helpful she was awesome! More fast food places need to have employees like her?
Several months ago, I made a special trip there from 3 towns away, only to find out they were closed on that particular day due to a staffing shortage. It happens, I was disappointed, but life carries on. Yesterday, I called about an hour in advance to ensure that they were open that day. They were, so I made the trip there. After waiting at the drive-through intercom for 5 minutes with no sign of an employee, I call the place, only to be told it 's Online orders only. Of course, that wasn 't relayed to me during the first call. Apparently, if management isn 't there, they can 't accept drive-through orders, which is bizarre and makes literally no sense. And oh yeah, their parking lot is chock-full of potholes. This place was once permanently closed according to Google in the recent past and it may as well be again. It 's run down and a complete waste of time.
I have always loved boston market, but today the service was extremely delayed and out of the way the workers were polite, but impoverished lost and somewhat confused. I ordered a quarter of a buck and the worker said, "is that 1/4 or 1/2?
