The service was great as was the food. Great choice for dinner with family

We always enjoy our time at Champps, but this time was an exception. Our server was new and was very, very slow with our drinks, our requests, clearing our table of dishes, etc. It was actually horrible. The salad I had also was just average. Not the usual good food. We were there on a Sunday afternoon, celebrating my dad's birthday

Was glad that restaurant was open for Thanksgiving, but Thanksgiving meal not as good overall as it has been in the past. Still a great place to get a burger and watch your favorite game

Waited over an hour for our food from time of ordering

Though our server was upbeat and energetic she couldn’t make up for the terrible food. How can you go wrong with simple food? Try not warming up the precooked chicken on a salad or only putting dressing underneath the salad. How about frying chicken tenders in the oil with fish...yes, they tasted like fish. Someone needs to wake the kitchen staff up
