I've been coming here for years and they never disappoint me. Everything is always seasoned good, fresh and well proportioned. The drinks are good as well.

Was able to be seated with no wait. Our server was extremely helpful with food selections. The half bbq chicken was juicy, tender, and nicely seasoned. I would have preferred the sauce on the side, rather than spread across the whole piece.

4/2022: First time trying it. I was concerned with the recent reviews being so mixed but the wait was not bad (take-out) and the food was good. I am really critical of food so prepared myself for disappointment. Lol The fried green tomatoes were so goodthat I forgot to take a picture until I was at the last one. The baked Mac n cheese was really good. Another review mentioned anodd flavor to it. That flavor is smoked cheddar. When I make it, I usually make a regular pan and a pan with some smokedcheddar. It is great but not for everyone, very strong and rich. I also had the smothered pork chops with mashed potatoes. Iprefer mine fried but this baked chop was good too. The gravy was very good. Other people in my house got the jerk catfish andseafood pasta (Alfredo I think) and they loved it. They both also got the gumbo and said it was amazing. Updated 7/17/22:Decided to go in and eat. 30 minute wait on a Sunday so not bad at all. Our party had Jerk Chicken, Red Beans Rice, Alfredoand loved them. I had the fried Catfish, greens, Mac n cheese, and Fried Green Tomatoes (again). Tomatoes were amazing again.Also ordered a Whiskey Sour. (They have a FULL bar). The drink was superb. They made a Boston Sour but I love those too and itwas great. Exceptional service, pricing, and bartending. Will definitely be back.

Our waitress, Nikki was awesome. She was friendly attentive. She suggested the Fruity Pebble drink that I was skeptical about, but it was perfect. My group tried several appetizers. The fried green tomatoes were good fried hard this time (theywere not the last time I went about 3 years ago). The catfish strips sauce were hot and delicious. The seafood cakes weretasty but are pricey for only 2 of them. The salmon pasta was good, but I 'm glad that I ordered extra sauce. Great food customer service from Nikki and the rest of the staff. We will be back!

The customer service here is great. You are greeted as soon as you come through the door and even if you are ordering take out you still get stellar service. The ladies at the front are really funny. Had a great time. I really like this restaurant. Theenvironment is comfortable and family friendly. I tried the catfish and fried green tomatoes, really good. My son cleaned hisplate.
