Ihop - Lansing

We had a great meal, and the service was great. We never had to ask for refills or anything. Our waitress was Great, she gave us great service. I will let all my Family and Friends know how much we enjoyed everything. Thank you very much for asking.

Food was decent, waited almost 45 minutes for our food with only 3 other full tables in the restaraunt

Hubby and I enjoyed eating there. The food is good and the staff is friendly.

Everything was good but idk how many times a person is expected to ask for syrup for a pancake. Finally on the hostesses third pass, she brought some for a cold pancake. Other than that food and service was very good.

Good food, good service. Until yesterday, i had only one issue. A dispute in prices vs what i was billed. Yesterday, things were going well, until while eating my pancakes, i detected a strange texture in my mouth. It was a 12 inch or so brunette hair. Since im bald. I knew it wasn't mine. I alerted the floor manager. Who flagged the G.M. immediately, they repaired my order with a fresh plate, and things were good especially Ms Carol, who was instrumental in fixing the problem.
