Jimmy John's - Lansing

Ghetto and occupied by actual children (no, serious). employees have my phone 8 times privately harass me and once from a text now number. Security care that they have my address and telephone number. I told the police and the doordash. I have submitted a feedback form to jimmy john’s. see if I hear something back.

I go here regularly and today I went in and asked for a little iceberg on a slim for my 7 year old and they said no. To iceberg. On a slim. For a kid. I know times are tough but it was never a problem in the he past but apparently Jimmy John's just doesnt feel like it. Offered to pay and still no iceberg on a sandwich at a sandwich shop. Weird is all.

As you can expect, their service was very quick. They are located only a few blocks from my work, so it was a quick walk. I got a JJ BLT Unwhich, which was pretty good. Due to it being wrapped in lettuce, the lettuce in the sandwich was a bit overkill and unecessary.

Love the turkey tom. Got it the other day. Got a bag of their regular chips...wasn't happy I couldn't tell what it was other then gross

I'm disappointed in the sub I ordered. I got a vegetarian sub with ham on it bc I wanted the avocado and cucumber but they barely put any avocado on it. And the bread is crusty meaning its like hard. I did take two bites out of the sub before taking a picture and I was going to go back up there to get a new one made but I had 10 minutes until they closed so I didn't think I'd get there on time.
