Feedback gevenOur last two visits to this restaurant were quite disappointing. Each time, we waited at the Drive-Thru window without anyone coming to assist us, not even to inform us that it was closed, and one employee completely ignored us. On our most recent visit, there was a long line, but still no one attended to us. When we went inside, we found two workers who seemed to be unproductive, and at least four customers were waiting for help. We ultimately decided to eat elsewhere.
I had a 45-minute lunch break, but it took the entire time just to get through the line. Every time I moved up, the staff completely ignored me and avoided making eye contact. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, I called the store, but it took forever for them to answer because they were busy at the window. Eventually, I hung up and tried to order, only to be told that it would take another 10 minutes to put my food in the oven. I really don’t understand why that wasn’t done beforehand, especially since it was lunchtime. The employee’s expression suggested he really disliked his job. Now I’m going to be late for work, and I still don’t have my food. This service definitely doesn’t deserve any stars, and they didn't offer any compensation for the long wait.
I ordered my pizzas like I usually do, and was told they would be ready in about 20 minutes. I arrived after 25-30 minutes and saw other customers waiting, so I waited an extra 10 minutes myself. When it was my turn, I told the guy at the counter my name, and he dismissed me after that. I ended up standing there for another 20 minutes without any updates. The service was disappointing, and they didn't do anything to rectify the situation.
I especially come to this place because they are usually quite good. Tonight was another story. They did not answer the phone to take an order, so we went in and ordered it took about an hour to get the order. once at home 2 pizzas are teig, so they try to push the pizza through the oven, to speed up orders and not cook enough. This is really not the general staff, they had little general staff, this is on the management for an underoccupied shop with a clear lack of understanding the pre-night flush prep.
I had a mobile order they forgot half of my items. When I let them know half my order wasn?t there the guy was rude and told me I needed a receipt. The top of the box had the whole order printed on it. Staff seemed bother to have to help the customers.
