Olga's Kitchen - Lansing

A colleague of mine recommended this restaurant for lunch. We decided to place an order for delivery after we saw a promotion for free delivery. The orders were placed the day before and scheduled to be delivered at 11:45. However, the order was not prepared on time and was later discovered to have been stolen. Despite a frustrating experience with unhelpful customer service, a manager eventually stepped in to try to remedy the situation. Unfortunately, the order was ultimately canceled, leaving us without lunch for the day. I would give this restaurant 2 stars, as it may have just been a fluke incident. I would suggest avoiding this place, based on my experience and other negative reviews I have seen. I may consider dining in person in the future, but not for delivery.

I always have a great dining experience here! I love coming here whenever I go out to eat. My favorite dishes are the Olga Original with Byhalat seasoning, the pheasant soup served with crackers, and the cheese and dip combination.

Ordered for curbside pick-up today, and realized after leaving that our sandwiches were the wrong sandwiches. Called the store and went back to get the correct order. Patrick the manager was very kind and helpful to an extreme. Very satisfied with how the mix up was handled and would highly recommend this Olga's location.

Got the Carolina pork BBQ wrap, broccoli soup, side salad and cheese balls (not shown). The wrap was ok, not great, not enough sauce for me. Soup was pretty good. Salad was typical. Cheese balls were not for me, but I'm not crazy about deep fried anything. Total for all was under $18. Very nice and attentive server (Sophie).

I've been going to Olga's since the 80's! Friends and I would go to the Lansing Mall Olga's every Saturday and order the Olgurt frozen yogurt. We recently moved back to the area and it is still is one of my favorite restaurants! It is so great to know that the quality is still the same!
