Pizza Hut - Lansing

Exceptional service and a wonderful atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly, making it a great place to spend an hour today. Thank you, everyone, if you're reading this!

The prices have become steep, and the quality of the food and service doesn't justify the cost.

The waitress had a sour attitude and was unhelpful throughout our visit. Every pizza on the lunch buffet contained sausage, and when I asked if they could make me a pizza without it, she simply replied that they don't offer custom pizzas during lunch. I explained that I couldn't eat sausage, but she just walked away. The available pizzas had been sitting out for quite some time and were completely dried out. I would recommend avoiding this location altogether.

Ordered on line. Thin crust pizza was like cardboard and the wings had no honey barbecue sauce. At least half the wings were no bigger than a nickel!!! So disappointed! May have to switch to Domino's
