How does this place get WORSE? THE Popeye's at Zona Rosa is WAAAY better. We went last weekend. My wife's nuggets were cold, and they were out of bbq AND ranch to dip them in. No spicy chicken, no tenders, and I had to go back up and get my $3 fries. They were the warmest thing we had. Management was nonexistent. A guy was working there(with no hair net) who wasn't even employed! Service: Dine in

The lady in the drive thru is stupid and can't take directions they take the phone off the hook so you can't call them for screwing up your order

Great customer service! The parking can be a bit challenging. I ordered takeout for lunch, and the price per person was very affordable, ranging between $1 to $10. The food was excellent, earning a 5 out of 5, just like the service and atmosphere. As for parking, it might take some effort to find a spot, but there is a free parking lot available.
