Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

The service was an nightmare. admitted, I was last on the party I was with, but they would have mentioned that there was someone else. a burger ordered, and I guess they are options either well made or raw. I asked for a little pink and got a live cow for a burger in the round. I had no utensils, no serviettes and no refill on my drink. I wanted to go to the bathroom to make educational so I can take off my hands from the slimy pink burger! our server had almost no concern to come back and ask us how we did it. but she managed to come back before we got our bill. the responsible are either for the carefree ones that some have server, obligious or not proud of their job. Hard to believe that it needs a customer to take hand towels from the bathroom for our server to realize that I had nothing. if google had a zero star function, I would click it in a heartbeat. I will take my chances to eat with wendy 's or mcdonald 's or burger king with the price / quality that they have all combined over pink robin. at least next time (if there is ever one next time, will I be sure to choose the not rohen burger?

First off shame on the Yelp community for only giving this Red Robin a 3.5! I can't believe how much this saddens me. This is my favorite spot and just went with the cute girl. To start we got fries with honey mustard dipping sauce, of course we had the seasoning packets too! The cute girl got the bacon cheeseburger, you know the usual. I got the savory steakhouse burger, I got this because I ain't no bleep, chef! To drink we got root-beer of course. It was Barq's which doesn't quite taste like it once did in the 90s. Where's the bite, Barq's? Hmmm no answer! Back to the burger action! The burgers came quickly as we had a great waitress that we've had previously! If looks could kill these burgers would be the iceman. From top bun all the way down to to bottom bun, this was one sexy meal! I'm not some weirdo that gets turned on by food but this meat, this was nice meat! The burger came on a porcelain plate but don't think porcelain ew toilet, think porcelain oooh fancy. The delectable meal was juxtaposed by the terrific atmosphere! We sat in a booth like we always do because if you sit at a table, you a straight busta! In fact, word must be spreading that Matches was in town, there was someone from corporate there to ensure everything was in tip top shape. They may have been there by coincidence but at this point it's up for debate! The meal was amazing and the cute girl looked incredible! We had a great time and will definitely be back again soon. 5 out of 5!

It's ok.The burgers are decent but sometimes are sloppily put together. I feel some of the up charges are ridiculous... example an additional $1.79 for garlic fries and not even bottomless. Even when getting regualr fries I put the empty container at the end of the table with my half eaten burger in my hand... I still usually always have to ask for more fries.I get not wanting to give away fries more than necessary but also don't make your customers request something that's advertised when it's obvious the table needs more fries... or refills.One other thing worth mentioning is I never see the manager on duty at this location. I see all the employees cleaning and hard at work but no manager to be seen. Possibly they just looked too much like an associate and I missed it.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu and provide crayons for the little ones to draw.

Yesterday at my birthday dinner with 10 others were here and had no good experience! I had to fill my own pop after waiting 25min because it was not often checked for us. I ordered pommes with my meal I never got that I remembered them three times and still got none.

Burgers are generously cut and the smoked speck is amazing. I love the tweezers together with the diving sauce. all the burgers come with groundless fries, but if they want to have tweeper rings while they are not underless, there is a small charge. they have several good childhood meals. the only reason why I did not give this experience is five stars because the salat my enkelin had ordered from the children's menu had a strange chemical taste. she didn't want to eat it. she said the ranch they brought to go with the salat was amazing. my man enjoyed the groundless pommes as usual. it wasn't too loud and it wasn't too quiet. our waitress was very friendly and helpful. child-friendly: they have a good children's menu and offer a children's sun for $1.99 on it. Accessibility: there are no steps or steps and the parking space and the walk seem to be very flat and flat together. I don't think there's a problem because they have the big doors that are open at the front.
