Waldo Cooney's Pizza - Lansing

3 visits on separate occasions. Growing up on the south side of Chicago. Wadi Cooney?s was a great pizza consistently. You can get a very good Chicago style pizza at this franchise location in Lansing, IL. The only trouble I had here is getting the $3coupon applied.

Pizza has a great taste but noticed the sizes are smaller. Ordered a small and a large recently and definitely noticeable. They tried to make it look like the small had a lot of squares but they cut the squares so small, looked like domino pieces.

Ordered on 10/14/22 at around 3PM for delivery on Uber eats. First problem is that they forgot a portion of the order that we paid for. So contacted them they went ahead to send it to us what we were missing. We still had our pizza and onion rings andchicken for my daughter. Mind you that is all we ate that day. Couple hours come around I start to not feel well, likevomiting every couple hours to now twice every hour. Also keep in mind I?m pregnant so vomiting that frequently and not feelingbetter at all, i knew something was up. My boyfriend shortly after me Is feeling the same way. Thankfully my daughter didn?thave the pizza just the chicken which proves that the Italian sausage from the pizza and also reading previous reviews on thisplace now, they do not cook it fully. I wasn?t even going to attempt to call the facility for my full refund as Uber eatscovered it all for me thankfully. Definitely don?t Try this place unless you?re up for the food poisoning.

Horrible customer service. The employee Sarai obviously don't like her job cause her attitude is Terrible. This is the worst driest cheese pizza I've ever had. Asked for the manager Fernando and the two girls went to the back and never came back to thefront. Never even asked what the problem was. This location food used to be good. It's Terrible now!

Place is terrible! I wouldn?t recommend this to a dog! Pizza was half undone and half over cooked thrown in the box. I called restaurant spoke to the manager named Daniel he told me that he is sorry he had a new cooks to call doordash to try to getmy money back from them although the mistake was made on the restaurants end. He said he wasn?t going to even try to help. I?llbe filing a complaint with the health department as they should come an inspect this restaurant because something isn?t right. 0/10 please try beggars pizza up the street in Lansing Illinois there customers service is impeccable. Thank me later.
