Feedback gevenI ordered online for the first time, and the process was fast, simple, and accurate. However, it wasn't very convenient. I gave it 3 stars for mobile collection because the only option available was the drive-thru, as the lobby is still closed. They do have designated parking spots for mobile pickups, but they aren't utilized, which resulted in a long wait for my order. The drive-thru was busy, and I could have easily waited until I arrived at the restaurant.
I paid $10 for a slime salad that had brown avocado in it. I just wanted to share how to get a refund when you visit the restaurant again. They have my order number, as I paid through the app. Please issue a refund. I won't be returning to this place. It was disgusting.
Unfortunately, I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes in line. While I was waiting, several people on the street approached the cars in line, which was quite distracting. One individual even came back twice, and it became loud and a bit annoying. Overall, while the service was good, the extended wait and interruptions outside detracted from the experience.
I ordered three items. there were only two people in the car thru and they forget one. whatever, then the doors are locked, so they now have to wait in the drive-dru line all again. a ten-minute original, because even if there is hardly anyone in the line, they move at a screw speed. as annoying.
Had a great experience here, we got our order fast and the quality was great
