One time they had me arrested when they realized it was a mistake it didn't even apologize or anything

I used to work at this McDonald’s. Although I had my issues when I worked there, this place has gone down hill even more so now. Didn’t think it could but it has. Management seems lazier than a 12 year old, the food always either tastes old or it gives me an awful stomach ache compared to others, and if it’s late it seems like no one is there. Definitely understaffed due to poor management and I’m sure the owner doesn’t care as long as he gets his money. He did say to us when I worked there “I don’t know how you guys can work paycheck to paycheck”. We know, you inherited from your daddy.

Went through the drive through and ordered 5 five dollar fan deals. Waited 5 min before someone came to the window to take the order and then waited another 15 minutes for my food. Drove 20 minutes home to discover that we didn’t get any of the five orders of chicken nuggets. That is half the food we ordered. Absolutely ridiculous

Half of the time my order is COMPLETELY WRONG. I’ve ordered the deluxe chicken sandwich and got a hamburger one time. HATE COMING HERE. worst part is IT TAKE ANYWHERE FROM 15 TO 30 MINUTES TO GET MY FOOD. Gave them excuses the first few times but it’s every time. I’m sitting waiting for my food right now as I’m writing this. I even ordered ahead and chose drive-through pick up. Placed it 15 minutes before pick up and still had to wait at least 10 minutes in line. Completely ridiculous.

Got a fish sandwich for what they charge you are better off going to Arby's for fish sandwich they are bigger and
