La Malandrina - L'AQUILA

Probably the best Risotto I've ever had. Each rice grain had an amazing texture, the shrimp was a bit rare, which gave an excellent taste and mouth feeling, and the smoked lime above rubbed a delicious and usual taste population to compensate for the cream of the cheese. Your pastry cook was amazing and we could take away some of their unique and wonderful creations, both visually stunning and lusciously melted in your mouth. The Apertivo of Negroni Americanos was a show stopper and the cattle cheek was lush and rich. One of our most unforgettable dinners in L'Aquila.

A first-class restaurant. I live in Barcelona and used to eat tickets at Celler de Can Roca. I was very impressed today by the entire experience here in La Malandrina, cozy interiors, fusion unique dishes, open kitchen and chef! What a pleasure here to eat

One of the most amazing meals my family and I ever. All foods are currently made with ingredients fresh daily. A must-go restaurant!
