Xpressolounge - Lara

Great food, excellent coffee, friendly and efficient service. The only reason I haven't given five stars is because its so popular that it gets a bit tight at times as it is quite small inside. However the outdoor area is very nice. Well worth a visit.

Xpressolounge is actually a 3.5 rating but I don't have that option.First impression as you walk in is the cake cabinet full of delicious offerings, but then you see the walls. The decor could be softened if they replaced the ply board panelling and a bit of art work put up, I say this as we didn't get the urge to hang around any longer than it took us to eat our meals.The good points - The service was quick and friendly, coffee was good but not great and the toasted sandwich had plenty of filling and tasty.I would be tempted to go back but I would look through the window first!

Friends invited me out to lunch. Argh wjen they said they were going here I was hesitant after last time but thought things do change. Only thing thats changed is staff are ruder! Eating behind counter and she saw me waiting to be served but still continued to eat her cake. Salad was underdressed and way to much salt. My friends toasted sandwich was as flat as a pancake with very little filling and cold. Tables were dirty and we needed to move dirty dishes off so we could sit down. Took dirty dishes up to counter, girl looked at me and said nothing. Rude person she is, no thanks nothing! Definitely NEVER returning, way better cafes in Lara than this stuck up place!!!!

Thanks for serving up a lovely breakfast. It's lovely to have a place understand their target market and offer a well presented honest meal at a reasonable cost. Well done!

This is a regular spot of mine to grab a great breakfast! The staff are always fantastic and the food is perfect and extremely good value!
