Taco Bell - Laramie

Used to be great place, but no help so service has declined. No indoor eating.

This Taco John's is terrible. Your order is rarely correct. The food is often undercooked and not consistent. The customer service is very poor.

I asked for no guacamole on my power bowls. Which I guess means only sour cream. And 8 tiny pieces of chicken. No Avocado ranch? Come on guys... let's do better please.

I hung in the Laramie area for a few days recently and hit Taco John?s twice for a burrito. Delicious, quick and good service both times. Keeping in mind that it is indeed fast food, it is definitely better than Taco Hell.

Ordered a Burrito with many adjustments online and they did it wrong. I went back in to ask that it be re-made and that it is immediately re-made as I wanted while I was apologetic and friendly. 10/10 service. They even trained someone on the window and still did great. Night shift staff
