Burger King - Laredo

There's not much to say about a BK since they're designed to deliver a uniform, average experience anywhere in the nation, but I had to give kudos to the guy at this drive-thru for being so pleasant throughout the entire interchange.He informed me they had no avocado for the southern bacon burger, and apologized so sincerely that I felt compelled to take my food with no hesitation and write up this review.I just feel guilty for forgetting his name; could've been Steve, or Sergio. Either way, the guy delivered exceptional service and should be commended for it

Used a coupon for two bacon double cheeseburgers... they gave me bacon singles... then when I went back in they lost the coupon and refused to fix the problem. These things are tiny... like sliders. Nothing to them. Won 't be back.

Good service, employees are attentive and play area is big enough and clean! Will come back again

Attending didn't give me ketchup as I waited in the front she said she was going to go get it and she never came back so I had to get up and go get it which I don't mind but you should have told me that not have me waiting there that really upset me but anyway whatever

By far the best Burger King in Laredo! Amazing customer service! Karina the General Manager goes out of her way to ensure that everything is perfect! Highly recommend that if something goes wrong(which happens in any restaurant or business), to communicate with management, as suppose to writing a bad review.These guys work extremely hard for the community. I've seen it first hand!They've prepared 540 croissant sandwiches for us almost every other week, and they come in at 3a.m. to ensure that everything is set and ready to go.They're the only restaurant I know that does this. They always have everything prepped on time!Love you guys!
