Church's Texas Chicken - Laredo

The restaurant was tidy and well-maintained. We arrived around 11:15, but the fried chicken wasn't ready yet. I was informed it would take about 15 minutes, and since it was still early, we decided to wait. To our surprise, we received a complimentary order of fries while we waited, which was a nice touch. The staff at the register were very friendly and welcoming. When the chicken finally arrived, it was a generous portion and incredibly juicy. Overall, the prices here are more reasonable compared to the other chicken places.

Terrible service, and to make matters worse, the manager treated everything like it was fine, almost like serving food to a dog. We called to complain and were told by Rachel, "I always do that." The service at this location is absolutely awful.

The food tastes good, but they frequently get my order wrong. They often give me regular items when I specifically ask for spicy, provide the wrong drink, or forget the ketchup even when I've requested it. Other than that, it's decent.

They take almost 1 hr give me my order . Was not ready they say will take 20 minutes to give me spicy chicken and the not have flavor at all and was burned

Their Biscuits are hella good. Plus, their chicken is good but sometimes slimy. Idk if its cus im neurospicy, but anyways. 5 stars for y'all
