I had time without to try the donuts and continue to be delicious

I love dunkin and wish I could say I love the one here in Laredo. They are out of stuff a lot and one time my partner and I went at around 1:30 pm and the guy that took our order in the drive thru told us they do not start making donuts until after noon so we could not purchase any that time we went. Donuts is in their name lol. The service is never really rude for the most part though.

Nice place to get your Donut fix. For some unknown reason the employees at this location keep closing the lobby an hour earlier as they are supposed to close. Whoever owns this franchise location should be made aware of that situation because I've seen it happen twice already.

Friendly service, but I asked for hot chocolate, not coffee. This isn't the first or second time that this happens. Really sucked cause I had to drive from Krispy Kreme (their machine wasn't working) to Dunkin, just to not get what I ordered. edit: Their service has since improved. The morning employees are great and attentive to their customers!

I ordered a dozen donuts through the online app. I scheduled my order for 245 in the afternoon. I could not pick up my order at the scheduled time because I had to go to work instead because of an emergency. So when I got out of work after six, I went to Dunkin to pick up my order. However, I was not given my order. Because the manager said I did not have proof that I did not pick up my order earlier, and that the morning manager had not told her that an order had not been picked up. She assumed I was lying to get an additional dozen of donuts. This was the first time service has been this bad at this location so this is the last time I’m ordering donuts at this location no, this is the last time I’m ordering donuts from any Dunkin. I don’t care if I’m out of town and they’re the only place in town that sells donuts. I will not buy from them again.
