Flip Flop Coffee Shop - Laredo

Loved the atmosphere, soft music, great spot to catch up w/friends /or an evening to grab a book all while sipping on delicious coffee a snack... wish they had coffee free refills though

This place was cute, but underwhelming. It took forever to get our drinks and breakfast. There were four of us and it took about an hour between when we ordered and when the last item was ready, and about a half hour between the first drink and the last drink being ready for pickup. I got the breakfast sandwich, which was advertised as a panini, but was actually a croissant breakfast sandwich. It was fine, but the eggs were slightly over cooked. I also got a hot chocolate, which came out 15 minutes after my sandwich and a full hour after we ordered. I was at the point I was just going to cancel my drink because I was sick of waiting when the drink was delivered. The hot chocolate was lukewarm and didn’t have much flavor. I am guessing it was forgotten about, either made and not delivered or made at the last minute and not made correctly. Overall, the meal left a lot to be desired and I will not be going back.

Awesome atmosphere! Great little hangout for healthier options than most fast food. Great live music as well as the employee's playlists. I've been visiting very often, and I would definitely recommend visiting!

Great!!! Coffee here is awesome. I usually don't rate coffee shops, but this one deserves one. The atmosphere and employees were very pleasant. The actual coffee was even better. I travel often and love coffee. Once I found this place, I went back each day I was in Laredo. I had the americano, and it was excellent. If you like coffee and are in the area, this is the place to go!

It’s a good place. Coffee is ok could be better. It closes early in the weekdays that’s what I don’t like
