Katsumi - Laredo

Great food, but be sure to go with tons of time and patience. The waitress is not a real waitress, but she is nice and we waited about an hour to get our food (which is well-warned in her table). We really enjoyed the rams, sliders and music. We went on a Friday night, maybe it has shorter waiting times on a weekday.

I been wating to come to katsumi forever! Everything was so welcoming the staffs were amazing! The ramen was pretty good. Would reccomend coming here again! The dishes we got was Spicy Naruto/ Naruto bowls and 5 dumplings!

I went to give this restaurant a chance. I waited in line outside. After 20 minutes, they waitress asked us how many we were in our group. We told her 6 and she told us there was a limit of 5. We told her that we could sit in two separate tables. She then said that they didn't have enough workers right know. We then told her that not all of us were eating. She then said we weren't going to be able to go in. I've been to other places like this size in San Antonio and Laredo. They have always been accommodating when they saw how many we were.

I used to love eating at katsumi.. but now they have changed the recipe so much that it doesn’t taste the same… I recently went and my family didn’t like it anymore… and they don’t let you chose the tip amount or if you even want to leave a tip… you have to and you and they chose the amount…. Sorry to say they lost some customers….. don’t recommend it anymore

The restaurant need to change its hours to reflect the time it’s actually open I arrive 40 minutes before closing (which I figured should be enough time to be served and eat) and the lady at the front sees my truck parking and decides to turn off the “OPEN” sign and lock the door as we’re making our way in Because of work I have an extremely busy schedule The last time I arrive to try to eat there, it was about 10 minutes past opening and there was already a line out the door..at the time I was trying to grab food before a session with a client but the wait took way too long so I had to leave Last time I try to eat here :
