Mcdonald's - Laredo

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was very slow, with staff chatting instead of attending to customers. It’s a fast food place—why isn’t anything ready? This has happened four times now, and I’ve decided that this will be my last visit. What a disappointment!

"Last time I visited, I ordered a cheeseburger, but they gave me a McDouble instead, which is bigger. Unfortunately, I had to pay for something I didn't want, and I ended up feeling hungry. I just paid for it because I didn't want to cause a fuss. I felt disrespected, especially since I’m someone who appreciates America, which is why I learned English."

EXCELLENT SERVICE! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the restaurant is impeccably clean. I had a fantastic experience. I highly recommend visiting this place and will definitely return!

Do you enjoy being treated like dog water? Do you like cold food? Do you like missing food you paid? Do you enjoy dealing with senior employees who hate their job and make it their job to treat you as laborious as possible? If you have said yes to all above, then go to this McDonald's! Absolute garbage costume service with employees who hate you!

I ordered a kids meal because I wanted chicken nuggets. They refused to give me double fries (which is an alternative to apple slices/yogurt) AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN GIVE ME APPLE SLICES. WHAT THE HECK. My fries also weren't even in the little stupid cardboard, THEY WERE ON THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX AND THEY WERE COLD AS ROCKS.
