Taco Palenque Mcpherson - Laredo

This place is definitely consistent in always letting me down. I don’t know why I keep going back, hoping for a satisfactory experience. Whether it’s a 15+ minute wait time at the drive through for ONE quesadilla, getting charged for an item and not receiving it, or just plain out giving me disappointing product. TP is definitely NOT what it used to be. Nope..

This is what they give you when you ask for a menudo bowl. It looks more like a corn in the cup. I even had to ask the server for a bowl and all he stated was, “Sorry we ran out” like really what a shame on this restaurant. I guess next time I will be getting menudo served on a cup. Furthermore, they had the salad bar badly unattended no salsas what so ever.

Well… I ordered 3 chicken fajita tacos order was paid at 8:20 and I received my order at 8:45 I used the drive thru thinking it would be faster because there was no line, as I am turning to pay there was about 10 cars waiting for their orders. My food was cold indicating that it probably was sitting there. They need to work on this and do better!!!! other than that their food is great

Parked for about 45 minutes for 6 tacos. Asked for salsa and chips and of course got nothing that was asked for. Had to get off to get the stuff another 10 minutes. Should have just had a cook out at home, would be quicker

Went through the drive through after about 20 min of waiting finally got up to the speaker to order and no one answered to take my order sat there for a good 5 min and still no one so i drove up to the window to ask for what i wanted just some arroz con leche after about another 10 min of waiting in line finally got to the window to sit another 10 with them ignoring me and never opened the window even after trying to get there attention. So rediculous i could make my own arroz con leche and make enough to last me 4 days in the time i waited here to get nothing. Yall are terrible. Waste of time.
