Additionally, they don't update their menu for online orders—not just from delivery services, but even on their own app, which led to one of the items being partially unavailable. When I inquired about a refund for that item, I was told to use the app, but it didn’t provide any solution. In the end, they gave me a cash payment, but it didn’t seem to match the correct order. About a week later, I was offered a refund for my entire order, but I would have to return to the restaurant in person to get it. I don't see any reason to waste my time with such ineptitude. They have locations on the west side and on Ulmerton, but I suggest avoiding them. The only customers keeping this place afloat seem to be high schoolers before school starts. If they were adequately compensated, maybe the staff would care enough to do their jobs properly instead of just doing the bare minimum.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. They were out of most ingredients, so I couldn't get my preferred choices of avocado toast, pesto grilled cheese, or hummus with roasted tomato. The bagel bites I ordered were cold and stale, and not heated properly. Additionally, they messed up my breakfast sandwich and gave me sausage instead of the vegetarian option I requested. I won’t be returning to this place.

The donuts and ice cream are excellent. They also offer a great selection of whole items for sale.

Very friendly staff, eating is typical dunkin, but the place inside is a whole other story! this is an example of why people call this Lar ghetto instead of largo! the owner should be ashamed to have a business in this estate. the employees it is clean and no mistake noticed! after the conversation with one of the hired will be the place apparently rebuilt! we need to check back at a later time!

Sign says they open at 5 am. Lights are on employees inside. Went to drive thru, says they're closed, went to walk inside, employees pointing to go through drive thru. Got back in my car to go through drive thru. Long story short I never got my coffee. Hands down the worst Dunkin I'm this area. Drive 10 15 min anywhere else. This Dunkin is a waste of time and energy.
