Rib Shack Bbq - Largo

Had the guys cater an employee event. They were on time and were set up when we needed them to be. Food was on point. Will definitely be using them again.

When I want some serious Q, this is the ONLY place I go. The meat is FRESHLY cooked, not like those horrible chain restaurants that are nothing more than a 'heat and eat. ' They have the BEST potato salad hands down. My personal fav is the ribs and sausage but their C Dub I adore as well. As a long time customer, I can 't tell folks enough about this place. Smokin ' Rib Shack ROCKS :D

Wow. Really great BBQ served up in the Largo area. At this location for 2 years you can smell the oak pouring out the smoker a block away. The chicken had great flavor and wasn't dried out which seems to happen to often. A half rack of ribs was plenty with again great sauce. Baked beans were sweet and savory and the potato salad is another great option. These boys are doing it right! Service was spot on.
