Feedback gevenMatt who is a manager at the Wendy's on Ulmerton Ave in Largo Fl store s a completely unprofessional employee for the Wendy's franchise.. Told me to hold on a min which turned out to be whatever he felt was a minute to him... Left me at the counter while he addresses the drive thru and then got lost with other things that he must of forgot I was upfront...Observed that he was confused ,one minute he was upfront next drive thru..looking for something asking customers if they were picking up orders. ..total mayhem Mind you the food was sitting all this time behind him ... He didn't even ask me if he could help me.. so now the customer gets his food late and cold... Thanks to go ole Matt.. I was going to leave it alone but as I was walking out he sarcastically said have a great daya and muttered some words under his breath so I responded and said ...you left me at the counter waiting for over 5 minutes and never came back and when you did I had to ask your other employee if the order that was sitting at the counter behind you was for me so for you to mouth off without reason is really stupid... I don't think he can handle the manager title because he's rude...confused and lacks poor customer service values Matt the manager gets 1 star and a thumbs down.
Went into this Wendy’s today for lunch come here quite often. Ordered a small cup of chili found some kind of plastic or greenish color. Hard object took the chili back in. Spoke to a manager name. Peter advised me at that time that did not come out of the chili had no chili on it at all that was due to because I wiped it off because I pulled it out of my mouth, then proceeded to turn around . Just wanted to let him know that they might want to check their chili because there’s plastic or something in it. more or less told me it wasn’t his problem. He did not believe it came from the chili.
It's been awhile since I've had fast food and it was really great having hot fries and fresh tenders!!
Ac not working, the burger patties were severely over cooked and dry.
Wendy's new AI drive thru order menu board sucks. Had to order several times and it messed it up. Then the human service messed it up also. Frustrating to say the least.
