Feedback gevenReally bad service waited additional 20 minutes for an order that I made before the time. Don't come back.
Plenty of experience, spent almost $200 planned for a pickup far before 7:15PM (plus tip! I am not sure why, honestly, it is literally already filled in juice, it only requires the bagging of items, but I try to be friendly. Drove all the way there, came 5 minutes before I should (7:10PM). I got an email at 7:15 when I went to the store and said my order was ready for picking up then and there. Door was locked! Place looked half cleaned out. Store plan said closed at 8:00. Tied. No answer. Wait a bit, just in case. I was very frustrated. *Card was calculated as if I picked up my order*, and that's on a debit card, that's it? These guys took my money, and I'm one of those VIP members on whom they always watch you (not for long! Does anyone have to pack the juice? Ready??? Looks like other people have had this problem. Be warned!
It turns out that I check over here pressed because they have managed to reverse with Yelp to not show how they do not offer, serve or sell water of any kind. This happened in April, so I wasn't there anymore. Maybe they fixed it, but who knows. Either they have a person there and it takes 5 minutes to address any customer needs so if you? re in line behind 2 people it ends up taking 15 almost 20 minutes. The ice was good, but it's not worth buying a juice and I can't even buy a water to wash it
Drove from a few cities on a Sunday at 5 pm and they were closed (posted hours say open Mon-Sun 9am-8pm).
I will definitely come back to try more of their juices. The toppings for their açaí bowls are fantastic and the staff was very friendly.
