Lysia Meat Tavern - Larnaca

This seems to have been the best food I've eaten in a restaurant in such a long time, probably the best food I have ever eaten. My girlfriend and I started out with haloumi (very tasty) and a salad on the side. It came with green olives with garlic. I fell in love with those olives. I could eat them as a snack watching a film at home. Then I discovered their red wine (the one that comes in a small jug). It has an incredible after taste. And then it started. The traditional sausages came on leaves, with a side of baked potatoes. When I tasted them, my hair stood on end, and I couldn't stop eating them. My girlfriend couldn't finish her portion (it's huge) and I had her last sausage (my fifth one). I honestly, no word of a lie, felt almost like it was a spiritual experience. If you ever have the chance, do come here and try this. I want to bring my parents here.

This place is so nice, warm and cosy, I just look the photos and I want to go back there! The food is very tasty and the staff is very kind, ready in every moment to comfort you...oh, and there's the view: that amazing colour of the sea! Thank you for everything guys, you are all amazing, see you next year!
