Chick-fil-a - Las Cruces

Chick-fil-A on Lohman is the top choice for Chick-fil-A in town. The service is exceptional and the staff always work efficiently, especially during busy times. Online orders are consistently delicious and always complete. They even throw in a cookie occasionally, which is a nice surprise. The workers who prepare the chicken do an amazing job. Thank you Chick-fil-A for offering the best tasting food in Las Cruces.

I have always enjoyed dining at this restaurant. The staff are consistently friendly and accommodating. However, during my last visit when I used the drive-thru, they forgot to include the salad I had ordered. I only realized this after arriving home, which was a 25-minute drive away. Upon calling to inform them of the oversight, I requested a refund. Unfortunately, they were unable to provide a refund but offered me a coupon for my next visit to receive the missing salad. I inquired if the coupon could be added to my rewards account.

I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. They made us swipe our card 8 times to bypass entering a pin, and then gave us a receipt that wasn't even ours because they ran out of paper. The staff was unprofessional and the man taking our order didn't write down the correct name, causing us to wait an extra 5 minutes for our food. Despite walking past us twice, the supposed manager blamed the mistakes on a "trainee."

Now I know why my fam loves this place. Probably the fastest nicest drive thru in America. I was in line for few minutes. When I came to pay at window my meal was free... manager said it took to long so it was on the house. Having a long hard day . This gesture ???? really went a long way.

Food is delicious and the girl who took our order was friendly and helpful. The lady who gave us the order was terrible, I commented on the size of drink. I had ordered 2 medium sized drinks and got one medium and one that looked like a small. When I questioned it, she ignored me and said have a nice day. Then she turned her back to me and went to the next car. That 's terrible customer service, no manners. Just a rehearsed greeting and then go away.
