Everything was perfect. food, staff, atmosphere price. location. service. would definitely return.
First off....since I can 't get Zomato to respond by adding new restaurants for Las Cruces, I will have to write the review for RENOO 'S THAI TIME restaurant on this page. Renoo 's Thai Restaurant on Picacho hasn 't existed for a couple years. (Consequently, ALL THE REVIEWS POSTED HERE PRIOR TO 2018 ARE OUT OF DATE AND NO LONGER VALID. Renoo moved back to her old stomping grounds out in Organ and has renamed the restaurant Renoo 's Thai Time. The restaurant is much the same as it was out there a few years ago. In two rooms there are numerous tables with artificial wood tops and artifacts of the Buddha hang on the walls. The service is above average and the cost is reasonable. The food is of course Thai. I ordered their DRUNKEN NOODLES with a soup and I also ordered their Thai Fried Shrimp Roll appetizer which was like small spring rolls. The appetizer shrimp rolls were delicious as was the dipping sauce. The drunken noodles had a lot of pork but the noodles were short and there were not many of them. Everything kind of blended into a mass on the plate. Thus, the dish was ok but not great. I ended up adding fish sauce to the meal at the table. All-in-all, a good dish but not an outstanding one. What to expect if you go: A nice place for casual dining, but it would not be my first choice for a special occasion. Reasonable prices, good service and generally pretty good (but not outstanding Thai food. Restaurant rating FOUR STARS......meaning above average to quite good for the overall dining experience.
Downgrading this restaurant. This restaurant has changed owners and names recently. Formerly Renoos it 's now Indian and Thai cuisine together. Entrees have a different taste and the portions seem smaller. Green curry with chicken is runny and the chicken is now chunks not sliced. Will give this a couple of more tries to see if it improves.
I am bias, I love Thai food and the food was actually good but not the expected dishes if you're from a bigger city. The total was $46 for an order of spring rolls, chicken pad see ew, shrimp pad their and basil chicken. That was a bit pricy for the amount of food that came in the take out order. The pad see ew was made with pad thai noodles which is different. Overall I would eat there again, this time knowing what I may be ordering.
