Sakura Japanese House - Las Cruces

I ordered the classic miso soup, followed by smoked salmon sashimi, tuna sashimi, and regular salmon sashimi. Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. While all the sashimi was enjoyable, the highlight was definitely the regular salmon sashimi—it practically melted in my mouth, and the piece was beautifully thick. I highly recommend this place!
