La Rosina Ecovillage

Small hostel/hotel and eco village project that also serves food. We stayed a few days in their accommodation and had both breakfasts and dinner there. The dinner was amazing with several courses, including veganised local dishes (which I really like! , olives grown on the farm which were a m a z i n g!!!, .... The breakfasts were also amazing, with home made sprouts (sounds strange but was delicious and veggie spreads and tomato for the bread. In summary a great place to stay if hon enjoy staying in a quiet place and wake up to a unique breakfast experience and a fab place for dinner!
