Mundo Iberico

Had Iberico for starters, as permanent residents of Las Palmas. It was ok. Had some sort of an omelette made of not the real eggs; very dry. Didnt accept it, got a new one: very good. Asked for the bill: 125 €. Ok, had two bottles of our favourite: Viña Alberti. They were 37,70 € each!!!. So 60% of the bill was wine!!!!. In Spain! Usually this wine, that can be bought at Spar: 13,95€’s a bottle and usually in restaurants here, for 21-23€. We made a complaint to the manager. Turned out that the new owners believed we were tourists! To me this sounds as russia 30 years ago when I went there for business. Ok, been living here for 3 years now, and the third person of us for 40 years. I could recommend a lot, but, hey, its your choice. For me, and us: never again! That was actually the managers wish too!

Very good and very friendly staff. Every time we visit Las Palmas we do lunch at Iberico Mundo. I can recommend everything. Also buy some nice olive oil.

We wanted to have the best Beluta Jamon and you had the oportunity to your favoritie before you order The waiter explaind the difference in taste of the Jamon Beluta. Fantastic olive oil and good wines We also bought 3 differen olive oiles bottels to take home. Exelent service- we will come back again. Lars Louisa

Excelente el servicio, y la comida. Hacer caso a las sugerencias de Roy. Por pico pido una hamburguesa... Menos mal que Roy me sugirió el Lagarto con estas, pues fue un gran acierto. Buenísimo todo.
