Don Soba - Las Rozas de Madrid

I had lunch the first time at this restaurant one month ago and I was very pleasantly surprised. The service is very good, especially the owner, a nice lady who is very helpful and attentive. Since then I came a dozen times, and the experience has been consistently good. The restaurant is close to a leisure and commercial zone, and probably goes unnoticed easily. However, it's a small, family-owned, hidden gem, in a crowded street full of bars. The food is very good and traditional, and the menu is varied: makizushi, nigirizushi, sashimi, many types of ramen, yaki soba and udon, and some izakaya-style dishes. There's a really affordable daily menu, with dishes from the menu. A recommended place if you're around, and you want to taste some Japanese cuisine.

Tranquilidad y calidad, rápido y directo, muy buen servicio y muy limpio, no dudaré en volver.

La comida estaba espectacular, todo lo que pedimos. Pero lo mejor ha sido la atención y la amabilidad de la persona que atendía las mesas. Súper rápido y atentos.
